8、Acceptance Standard：

8.1 Tested products dimension: Length mm、Width mm、Height mm.Tolerance paper length and width ≤2mm, height ≤10mm，packaging material:CPP,thickness≥0.04mm.

8.2 Finished product qualified standard: Even for the sealed parts,over heat part ≤5mm，date of manufacturer,batch number etc are printed clearly. Misalignment ≤±2mm.

8.3 Assurance production speed: 50 packs/min for single pack; Upstream infeed speed should fulfill the multipack wrapper speed, or the upstream down time would not be taken into account.

8.4 Packing efficiency: ≥85% . test production time：4hrs. (Excluding reel changeover time or down time or idle running time that NOT caused by the machine’s own performance). Products quantity should be counted before the test run. And after the test, defects would be counted to calculate the qualification rate.

8.5 Qualification rate: ≥97% . Defects products that are due to tissue oversize, unqualified packing film or dis operation by the buyer workers would not be counted.
