Polymer water-absorbing resin

The scientific name of the water absorption/locking factor is polymer water absorption resin. It is a new type of polymer material, which can absorb hundreds to thousands of times its own weight of water, non-toxic, harmless, and non-polluting; it has extremely high water absorption capacity, high water retention capacity, and high molecular weight polymerization obtained by acrylic acid polymerization Substance → high water retention, balance of absorption under high load, the absorbed water cannot be squeezed out by simple physical methods, and can repeatedly release water and absorb water.

The water-absorbing factor will swell after absorbing water, and feels like a Q bomb. This is because it absorbs hundreds to thousands of times its own weight and swells. However, the moisture absorbed cannot be squeezed out by simple physical methods!

The characteristics and application of the polymer water-absorbent resin determine the quality of diapers.

1

High water absorption: It can absorb hundreds of times or thousands of times of its own weight of non-ionized water. (The absorption capacity is large, even a thin one is 7 times higher than ordinary thick fluff pulp sanitary napkins)

2

High water absorption rate: Each gram of high water absorption resin can absorb hundreds of grams of non-ionized water in 30 seconds. (Instant absorption without fear of surge)

3

High water retention: The gel after absorbing water is not easy to squeeze out of water under applied pressure. (Squeezing does not ooze back)

4

High swelling: The volume of the superabsorbent resin gel after swelling immediately expands hundreds of times.

5

Ammonia absorption: The low-crosslinking polyacrylate type superabsorbent resin contains carboxyl anions in its molecular structure, which can be absorbed by ammonia and has a significant deodorizing effect.

These characteristics have different contributions to the performance of diapers, so we do not think that a certain data is necessarily a good product, but relatively speaking, the amount of water retention and absorption are more important.
