Hot melt glue is a rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive designed for making baby or adult diapers. It is used as construction glue, elastic glue or side tape glue for baby diapers. It can also be used as construction glue for feminine sanitary napkin, medical underpad, pet mat, meat mat, etc. It is featured with excellent bonding strength, good wetting ability and good elastic creep resistance.

The residual adhesive can be rubbed off by wooden shovel before it is totally cooled. Cooled glue can be cleaned with specialized detergent. Applicators can be cleaned with mineral oil at 120°C, then purged with hot melt adhesive.
